Ask Italian already had a distinctive new identity when the team at Dalziel and Pow began working with them, so the brief was to bring in some life, features and feel of the modern Milanese kitchen - through the introduction of large scale graphics on the Cibo Wall, installations using traditional cooking utensils and maps of Italy, and pattern that mirrors the refreshed wall and floor treatments, the restaurants now feel lighter, brighter and more expressive.
