Paris, a leading Chilean Department store operated by Cencosud Group is located in multiple countries across South America; they approached Dalziel and Pow to help refresh their store concepts. The 'House of Paris' concept proposed for this new direction helped give Paris back control of the brands they housed, and enabled more of a focus on service and fashion, with the voice of Paris always being at the centre of the proposition.
The first refreshed environment in Lima, Peru has an evolved brand palette, refreshed brand expression and a more polished, urban feel. As part of the project three key departments were looked at – Men’s, Sport and Home. Inspiration was taken from the original values created for their stores, and enhanced through the influence of galleries, origami patterns and natural foliage - elements that the Paris customer was already familiar with. The graphic direction is playful and the tone of voice is conversational and engages customers at every touch point.
